The return gifts include a wide variety of local specialties and tourism experience products symbolizing the port city of Mokpo, expanding the range of choices for donors. In addition, various promotional activities were carried out to boost participation, including promotions targeting major institutions, SNS campaigns, and collaborations with sister cities.
The city is pursuing various fund projects for a better society and, based on this achievement, plans to further expand to five projects starting next year. In particular, Mokpo continues its relentless efforts to establish and develop the donation program, creating a better future through diverse fund projects that provide tangible benefits to local residents.
Mayor Park Hongryul said, "I sincerely thank everyone who participated in the Hometown Love Donation Program," and added, "Your support for Mokpo is the driving force behind the region's development, and we will do our best to make Mokpo shine even brighter."
He also stated, "The city will focus even more on operating the Hometown Love Donation Program, not only forming relational populations through donations but also revitalizing residents' welfare and the local economy, and will create a brighter future together with those who love Mokpo."
