Jangseong-gun and Korea Asset Management Corporation Sign 'Business Agreement' for Cooperative Use of State-Owned Property
"Easier Site Acquisition When Promoting Development Projects"
Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 17th that it signed a business agreement with the Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Headquarters of the Korea Asset Management Corporation on the 16th to promote mutually beneficial use of national property.
According to the agreement, the two organizations will exchange and cooperate on creating resident convenience spaces using national property, job creation, promoting central government public projects utilizing long-unused national property, actively discovering usable national property, leasing and selling national property, and administrative matters related to project execution such as national property permits.
After the agreement, the Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Headquarters of the Korea Asset Management Corporation donated 3 million KRW in scholarships to the Jangseong Scholarship Foundation to foster local talent.
