On the 14th, a photo and a post were uploaded on the online community DC Inside. The photo shows a person seemingly smoking a cigarette and urinating from an apartment balcony.
In the photo, one hand presumed to be of the person taking the picture is visible holding a cigarette-like object, and a stream of liquid, claimed by the author to be urine, is seen being sprayed outside the balcony. However, it has not been confirmed whether the person actually urinated.
