Currently, only six of the nine Constitutional Court justice seats are filled. The court can review impeachment motions with six justices, and impeachment is approved if there is unanimous consent. However, controversy may arise over deciding significant matters such as presidential impeachment with only six justices. Both ruling and opposition parties agree on this and plan to promptly proceed with procedures such as the National Assembly personnel hearings.
