Class101 Opens Investment Strategy Class with 1.4 Million YouTuber 'Buliknam'
Class by Asset Size
Incorporating Pre-FAQ Feedback
Class101 announced on the 13th that it will offer a lecture on investment strategies by asset size in collaboration with the real estate YouTuber ‘Budongsan Ilgeo Juneun Namja (Bu-il-nam)’. Bu-il-nam, who has 1.4 million subscribers, previously conducted a lecture with Class101 in 2021, attracting over 70,000 students at that time.
The newly launched course, ‘2025 Real Estate MASTER KEY: Bu-il-nam’s Investment Strategies by Asset Size, the No.1 in Real Estate,’ reflects the latest trends in the real estate market as well as updated tax and loan policies. Class101 explained that the early bird promotion, which started in October, exceeded the sales of the previous first class.
The class package is divided into beginner (under 100 million KRW), intermediate (100 million to 400 million KRW), and advanced (over 400 million KRW) levels based on net asset size. It is characterized by offering optimal investment strategies tailored to each individual’s situation, from young professionals to high-net-worth individuals, enabling students to apply them directly in practice.
In particular, this class incorporates frequently asked questions (FAQ) collected during pre-registration into the lecture content and strengthens interactive engagement by establishing community groups for each package to facilitate information sharing and networking.
