KB Securities Implements Voluntary Retirement Program
KB Securities is implementing a voluntary retirement program.
According to KB Securities on the 9th, applications for voluntary retirement will be accepted from today until the 16th. Eligible candidates for voluntary retirement are regular employees born between 1970 and 1984. Employees who opt for voluntary retirement will receive up to 34 months' worth of their monthly salary, depending on their age.
A KB Securities representative stated, "This voluntary retirement is purely optional, and applications will be accepted only from willing employees until the 16th, with the retirement process expected to be completed within this year. To support employees' stable retirement planning, we will provide up to 34 months' worth of monthly salary based on age, and additionally offer up to 50 million KRW including living support funds and job transition support funds."

Previously, KB Securities conducted voluntary retirement programs in 2020 and 2022. This marks the resumption of the program after two years.
