Acting Minister of National Defense Kim Seon-ho, Deputy Minister, convened a meeting of key commanders of the entire military.
On the 7th, the Ministry of National Defense announced that Deputy Minister Kim presided over a video conference attended by key commanders of the entire military, including the Chiefs of Staff of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, as well as senior officials from the Ministry of National Defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Deputy Minister Kim has been serving as Acting Minister of National Defense since former Minister Kim Yong-hyun resigned after taking responsibility for leading the emergency martial law declared by President Yoon Seok-yeol on the night of the 3rd.
