On the 5th, Imsil-gun, Jeonbuk, passed the re-certification review for the 'Family-Friendly Certification Institution' hosted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, and was selected as a family-friendly certified institution for the fourth consecutive time.
According to the county on the 6th, the family-friendly certification is a system that grants certification to institutions that exemplary operate family-friendly systems to help workers balance work and family life.
Incentive discount benefits are also provided at 39 companies in Jeonbuk Province, including medical, education, accommodation, experience, dining, and food sectors.
Since receiving the first certification in 2016, the county has continuously implemented measures such as ▲ leaving work on time on Family Love Day ▲ long-term service leave system ▲ flexible working hours ▲ encouragement of parental leave and maternity leave ▲ psychological counseling ▲ support for various clubs.
