Ahn said, "At first, the text message told us to come to the plenary hall, then later told us to come back to the party headquarters, causing some confusion," adding, "So about 50 members mostly gathered here (at the party headquarters)."
When asked if they were intentionally gathered at the party headquarters to block the plenary vote, he replied, "There are already enough people to pass the resolution, so that is not the case."
