The Industrial Transition Joint Training Center is a vocational competency development training platform project led by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea under the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Companies selected for this program provide customized education and training to employees of partner companies by utilizing the company’s technological capabilities and infrastructure.
The performance bonus of 10 million KRW awarded this time is a reward for the dedicated members of the SK Industrial Transition Joint Training Center, who operated 25 training courses over the past two years and trained approximately 800 specialized personnel in low-carbon and smart plants from 65 partner companies, leading to their selection as a 'Vocational Competency Development Meritorious Institution.'
The three dedicated members of the SK Industrial Transition Joint Training Center who received the bonus decided to use it for the Ulsan local community and delivered it to the Ulsan Federation of Small and Medium Business Associations. The donated bonus will be used to help SMEs in the Ulsan area secure technological capabilities.
