Last Year's Top Policy: 'Chaek Ilneun Seoul Square'
Seoul City is conducting an online vote to select the policy that made citizens the happiest this year.
The city announced on the 2nd that the voting for the 'Top 10 News of Seoul City' among various policies introduced this year will be held from the 3rd to the 9th.
The 10 policies included in the 'Top 10 News of Seoul City' were selected through a vote by the Seoul City press corps, and the final ranking will be determined by citizen choice. The 10 policies up for voting are ▲Support for isolated and reclusive youth ▲Climate Companion Card ▲Mirinae House ▲Seoul Dal ▲Seoul Stepping Stone Income ▲Seoul Outdoor Library ▲Wrist Doctor 9988 ▲Garden City Seoul ▲Birth Support Seoul Project ▲Haechi and Soul Friends.
Last year, 'Reading Seoul Plaza and Gwanghwamun Book Yard' was chosen as the number one policy. In 2022, 'Moa Housing and Moa Town' was the most loved policy, and in 2021, 'Electric vehicle distribution and establishment of a 5-minute charging network in living areas to reduce greenhouse gases and fine dust' was selected as the most popular policy.
To help citizens easily understand the policies, comedian Kim Tae-gyun, the city's promotional ambassador, will introduce the 10 policies in a short-form video in the format of reading radio stories, which will be released on Seoul City's YouTube channel and the voting page.
The voting will be conducted online. Citizens can participate through portal sites, Seoul City M-Voting, Seoul City YouTube community, and the voting page. Up to three policies can be selected, and participants will be entered into a draw to win prizes such as Haechi keyrings and franchise cafe vouchers.
The final results and rankings will be announced on the 16th.
