View original imageAmid ongoing labor disputes among railway-related organizations centered in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gwangju Transportation Corporation has attracted attention by achieving "22 consecutive years of labor-management dispute-free operations."
On the 1st, Gwangju Transportation Corporation announced that its labor and management, including President Jo Ik-moon and Union Chairman Lee Chang-won along with other officials, recently signed the "2024 Wage and Collective Agreement."
In this agreement, both labor and management agreed on wage setting in compliance with government policies and active participation in addressing the low birthrate crisis, pledging to join hands to realize a culture of labor-management peace prioritizing citizens' happiness.
