"Preventing Electric Vehicle Battery Fires Before They Occur"
SK Shieldus announced on the 28th that its physical security service ADT Caps is introducing electric vehicle battery safety services from PM Grow, a specialized electric vehicle battery company, to prevent electric vehicle fires.

WattSafe diagnoses over 20 items in real-time, including battery voltage, current, and temperature, based on real-time driving and charging data of electric vehicles, providing safety alerts and safety indices.
SafePass will be introduced to ADT Caps' office buildings and parking facilities. SafePass is an access control service that, when an electric vehicle equipped with WattSafe enters the parking lot, checks the vehicle's safety rating in real-time to determine and guide whether access is allowed and the level of charging possible.
After the pilot application, WattSafe and SafePass will be expanded to ADT Caps' unmanned parking management service "T map Parking" and vehicle management systems that provide real-time location monitoring and driving records. Through this, an environment where customers can use electric vehicles with peace of mind will be created.
