On the 28th, Ecopro announced that it has been selected as a recognized company for community contribution for six consecutive years and received the Minister of Health and Welfare Award.
The Community Contribution Recognition System is a program organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea National Council on Social Welfare, which identifies companies and institutions that have partnered with non-profit organizations to carry out community contribution activities and acknowledges their achievements.

View original imageEcopro was recognized for its contributions through various community contribution activities in cooperation with social welfare organizations such as the Community Chest of Korea, the Korean Red Cross, Good Neighbors, and Green Umbrella, as well as local governments including Chungcheongbuk-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Cheongju City, and Pohang City, and public institutions.
Headquartered in Ochang, Chungbuk, Ecopro was also acknowledged for contributing to balanced regional development by establishing a large-scale secondary battery material production base in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. On the 7th, it was selected as an excellent case company for regional balanced development projects by the Local Era Committee and received a special merit award.
