In particular, 19 groups participated in the newly established group category this year, and the Namyangju Job Center received high praise for its operation case of the ‘New Middle-aged Mentor Citizen Instructor Training Course,’ earning the honor of the Excellence Award.
The ‘New Middle-aged Mentor Citizen Instructor Training Course’ is a program that trains citizen instructors to form a new middle-aged mentor group, who then directly operate specialized reemployment education.
Through this, not only were educational opportunities expanded, but the establishment of a collaborative system with eight related job institutions in the area also earned significant recognition.
