View original imageThe 8th Term Elected Namyangju City Pledge Implementation Evaluation Group (hereinafter, the Evaluation Group) was established in 2023 to enhance trust in the successful implementation and promotion of pledge projects.
The Evaluation Group plays a pivotal role in reviewing and evaluating the appropriateness of pledge implementation, proposing citizen opinion collection and adjustments, and more.
At this meeting, attended by 18 Evaluation Group members, the status of pledge project implementation up to the third quarter of this year was reviewed, and major achievements related to the pledges were shared. A total of 14 pledge adjustment proposals were approved through deliberation during the meeting.
An official from Namyangju City stated, "The activities of the Pledge Implementation Evaluation Group are an important process to enhance trust in city administration through communication with citizens," adding, "We will continue to successfully implement pledges together with citizens and complete transparent and trustworthy city governance."
Meanwhile, Namyangju City has continuously been recognized for its pledge implementation achievements, receiving the "2024 National Basic Local Government Heads Pledge Implementation and Information Disclosure Evaluation Highest Grade (SA)" and winning awards for two consecutive years at the "2024 Manifesto Best Practice Competition."
