View original imageThe roundtable was attended by a total of 19 people, including Mayor Ju Gwang-deok, Principal Jang Soon-young, 5 school officials, 12 parent representatives, and 2 city officials, who sought cooperation measures to improve the school environment and the quality of educational services and exchanged various opinions.
The main discussion points included requests such as △ installation of sunshades for the kindergarten △ removal of the ceiling in the central garden and installation of sunshades △ extension of bus routes within the apartment complex △ securing space for physical activities.
In particular, the installation of sunshades for the kindergarten and the improvement of the central garden environment were selected as important tasks to provide a comfortable educational and activity space despite climate change, emphasizing the need for active promotion.
Mayor Ju Gwang-deok said, “Raising students with the best competitiveness in the best city is a very important task,” and added, “Namyangju City will continue to work together with the educational community to think and cooperate for the bright future of students.”
