The Korea Technology Finance Corporation introduced the nation’s first Cultural Industry Completion Guarantee System in 2009 to focus on nurturing the cultural content industry. Additionally, through dedicated cultural content support centers operating in four locations?Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daejeon, and Busan?it has supported more than 1.2 trillion KRW in content production funds by 2023, playing a vital role as a stepping stone for content production SMEs to grow into global companies.
