Gapyeong-gun Advances Cadastral Resurvey Project... Transition from Paper to Digital
Seungan 1 District and Wigok 3 District
Resident Briefing Session Scheduled for January Next Year
Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province (Governor Seo Tae-won) announced on the 15th that it has selected Seungan 1 District in Gapyeong-eup and Wigok 3 District in Seorak-myeon for the 2025 cadastral readjustment project and established an implementation plan.
The cadastral readjustment project is a national policy project implemented until 2030 under the "Special Act on Cadastral Readjustment." It aims to convert paper-based cadastral maps created during the Japanese colonial period into digital cadastral maps and correct registration details in the cadastral register that do not match the actual land conditions.
