View original imageThis year, Goyang Venture Agriculture University opened two courses (Agricultural Product Marketing Class and Healing Agriculture Expert Class) in March and conducted theoretical and field education, workshops, and advanced site visits.
In particular, aiming to nurture talents who can lead agriculture in Goyang, a future-oriented advanced smart city, the program included e-commerce technology education and Chat GPT utilization training, which received positive responses from the trainees, producing a total of 57 graduates.
Lee Dong-hwan, Mayor and Dean of Goyang Venture Agriculture University, said, “The Venture Agriculture University will serve as a stepping stone for becoming a central city of venture agriculture in the sixth industrial era of agricultural convergence.” He added, “I hope the trainees systematically acquire agricultural marketing and healing agriculture skills and, through hands-on practice closely linked to the agricultural field, actively work as venture farmers leading the agricultural paradigm within the Goyang Smart City.”
Meanwhile, Goyang Venture Agriculture University, which started with an eco-friendly class in 2007, has continued its 18-year tradition this year and has been a cradle for cultivating agricultural professionals equipped with both farming theory and field practice.
