21 Houses Demolished to Create Park
The Urban Regeneration Field Support Center of Pyeongni 1-dong, Seo-gu, Daegu (Center Director Yeochanghwan) will hold the Yeolcha Village Memory Sharing event in the alleys of Yeolcha Village, Pyeongni 1-dong on the 16th.
This event was promoted to remember the last appearance of Yeolcha Village, which will be transformed through the Pyeongni 1-dong Urban Regeneration New Deal project. Yeolcha Village got its nickname because the clustered houses built by refugees who fled to Daegu during the Korean War resembled a train.
