Introduction of Excellent Cases of SME Cooperatives and Briefing Session on New Establishments
The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (Kbiz) announced on the 12th that it held the "Introduction to Best Practices of Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives and New Establishment Briefing" at the Kbiz Win-Win Room in Yeouido.
This briefing was organized to address the questions of prospective cooperative members who had an interest in small and medium enterprise cooperatives but were unable to organize due to lack of information. About 40 small and medium enterprise representatives from various industries including manufacturing, logistics, wholesale and retail, and services across the country attended.
During the briefing, explanations were given on the roles and functions of small and medium enterprise cooperatives, as well as on support systems and projects, best practices of joint businesses, and methods and procedures for establishment, which were the main interests of the attendees.
Best practices by joint business sectors introduced included ▲pump joint testing laboratories ▲pharmaceutical joint facility operation and joint logistics ▲joint purchasing for fermented sauces and gas station operations ▲joint sales and joint marketing of agricultural machinery.
