Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi) is recruiting talent-sharing volunteers to deliver hope to neighbors in need.
This initiative aims to foster a culture of mutual help and sharing among all residents and to promote the welfare of the local community through volunteers with specialized talents.
The recruitment fields include ▲beauty and hairdressing ▲home repair ▲side dish sharing and delivery ▲life support ▲medical volunteering ▲culture and arts, and anyone aged 20 or older who is a resident of Jungnang-gu and willing to share their experience and talents to help marginalized neighbors can participate.
Applicants can fill out the application form on the ‘Citizen Participation’ board on the Jungnang-gu Office website, then visit the Jungnang-gu Volunteer Center or each community service center to submit the application. Applications can also be submitted via email, and the deadline is November 30.
Once the volunteer group recruitment is complete, the district will hold an inauguration ceremony in December and begin full-scale customized talent-sharing activities. The district plans to support volunteer activities more systematically through organic connections between local volunteer centers and talent-sharing volunteer groups, efficiently linking individuals and organizations wishing to share talents with volunteers to promote demand-centered customized volunteer activities.
