At the Recruitment Hall, 30 excellent companies from Goyang City participated, conducting on-site interviews to hire a total of 156 people across various occupations. A total of 760 candidates applied for interviews, and about 168 of them are scheduled for hiring or second interviews.
In particular, the Tomorrow Planning Hall, where job-related organizations participated, and the Job Preparation Hall, which offered employment consulting and vocational psychological tests, saw about 870 job seekers engage in consultations, highlighting the strong demand for jobs among the middle-aged and senior population.
At the Experience Booth, booths such as stress measurement, emotion oils, hair consulting, and personal color helped attendees relax and uplift their spirits during the weighty job preparation process.
The corporate lounge space, operated as part of the Goyang City HR Manager Community project, also attracted attention. Seminars attended by HR managers involved in recruitment provided opportunities to listen to special lectures and receive consultations from the Job Support Team.
One job seeker said, “Even with professional experience, it was not easy to change jobs. After receiving career transition counseling and seeing recruitment information from headhunting companies, I realized that I need to change my job-seeking methods first.”
An official from the Goyang Special City Job Policy Division stated, “Through this fair, we recognized that there is a high demand for career exploration among the middle-aged and senior groups. We will reflect the survey results in policies supporting jobs for the middle-aged and senior population.”
