AI Chatbot 'AI Guide Abbot' Launch
Kyungdong Navien announced on the 8th that it will open the generative artificial intelligence (AI)-based chat consultation customer center, ‘AI Guide Evot.’ It is available on the official online platform ‘Navien House’ and allows users to resolve product-related inquiries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
First, access ‘Navien House’ and find ‘AI Guide Evot,’ then enter your inquiry in the chat window. For example, if a customer types, “What is gas boiler error code E01?” the AI Guide will provide detailed explanations of the cause and how to address the error. If a service request is needed afterward, entering the requirements in the chat window will display links for ‘A/S Request’ or ‘Real-time Chat Consultation’ at the bottom, allowing users to directly request service or connect with a consultant immediately.
Through this, Kyungdong Navien plans to eliminate consultation waiting times and help more customers conveniently obtain information. One-on-one chat consultations with consultants require waiting until previous inquiries are resolved, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the previously provided AI chat only responded to predetermined questions, making support difficult outside those parameters. However, ‘AI Guide Evot’ generates answers autonomously based on pre-learned data and connects to a consultant only when additional help is needed, eliminating unnecessary waiting times. Furthermore, it offers easier understanding of products and services through detailed explanations and image information.
