BPA Promotes Busan Port at Shanghai Import Expo Intelligent Transportation Forum
Busan Port Authority (BPA, President Kang Jun-seok) China Representative Office introduced the development plans and achievements of Busan Port for sustainable port operation at the '4th Shanghai Intelligent Transportation Forum' held in Shanghai on the 7th.
This forum was held as part of the China International Import Expo (CIIE), with about 300 overseas transportation and logistics experts attending.
At the forum, BPA presented Busan Port's operational achievements such as eco-friendly policies, automated terminals, and logistics platforms, emphasizing the need for continuous interest and cooperation from various stakeholders.
Hwang In-jung, head of BPA's China Representative Office, said, "It was a great opportunity to directly promote Busan Port at a large-scale event attended by global major companies," adding, "We will continue efforts to inform key shippers, shipping companies, and port officials about Busan Port's innovative achievements."
