The mental health screening can be accessed through the center’s website "Solo Mind Journey," and November’s theme will be "Stress." Winners will receive Starbucks mobile gifticons.
On the "Solo Mind Journey" website operated by the Goyang City Mental Health Welfare Center, participants can take mental health screenings on 16 topics including depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, and workplace burnout. Additionally, participants receive reminder texts for a follow-up screening after one month, along with information on counseling registration and mental health institutions available if needed.
A center official stated, "We want Goyang citizens to check their current mental state through the mental health screening and to be able to use necessary mental health services."
