Gyeonggawon Introduces Voluntary Compliance Program for Fair Trade
The Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency has introduced the Compliance Program (CP) for fair trade.
On the 4th, Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency announced on the 5th that it held the "Declaration Ceremony for the Introduction of the Compliance Program for Fair Trade" at the Gwanggyo Hall on the 1st floor of the agency to foster a fair organizational culture.
The Compliance Program for Fair Trade is an internal compliance system and code of conduct established and operated independently by the institution to comply with laws related to fair trade.
At the declaration ceremony held with about 300 executives and employees including Kang Seong-cheon, the head of the agency, the staff reaffirmed their commitment to creating a transparent and honest fair trade organizational culture through the introduction of the Compliance Program for Fair Trade.

Kang Seong-cheon, head of the agency, said, "We introduced the Compliance Program to fulfill our social responsibility and to strengthen a fair market competition order and a desirable governance system. Taking this declaration ceremony as an opportunity, all employees will strictly comply with fair trade laws and conduct all projects fairly, striving to become an institution more trusted by the residents."
