Cheonan City Temporarily Halts Water Supply Construction Until Next February to Prevent Poor Workmanship
Cheonan City, Chungnam Province, announced on the 4th that it will temporarily suspend water supply construction until February next year.
The city will temporarily halt water supply construction from December 9 this year to February 28 next year to prevent poor construction and safety accidents during the winter season.
The suspension applies to new installations, expansions, repairs, and relocations, and applications for water supply construction will be accepted until the 15th of this month.
Park Jonggu, head of the Water Supply Division, said, "We ask for your understanding and cooperation as we temporarily suspend water supply construction to prevent poor construction during the winter and to efficiently manage water supply facilities," adding, "We plan to resume accepting applications for water supply construction from February 17 next year."
