BMW Korea Future Foundation Hosts Science Program for Gangwon Branch Students
BMW Korea Future Foundation announced that from the 22nd of last month until early this month, it held a 'Branch School Invitation Day' for elementary school students in the Gangwon region. As part of an educational program for children and students, students from schools with few students or where large trucks had difficulty accessing to conduct the Mobile Junior Campus were invited.

The event started with Yeondang Elementary School in Yeongwol, Gangwon Province, and a total of 337 students from 14 elementary schools in Gangwon, including Jeongseon, Hoengseong, and Taebaek, participated. The program included six experiential facilities such as a laboratory program exploring the basic scientific principles of automobiles and a workshop program where students created eco-friendly cars by coming up with their own ideas. Since September 2018, the foundation has provided the Branch School Invitation Day program free of charge to 2,614 children.
