Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam successfully concluded the 2nd Changwon Mussel Festival at the 3·15 Haeyang Nuri Park, filled with the scent of chrysanthemums.
The festival held on the 2nd featured various programs such as a congratulatory performance by a fusion gugak group, a seafood knowledge OX quiz, a food market, and invited singer performances, providing enjoyment to the tourists who visited the festival.
In particular, as a major production area of mussels and a representative seafood product of Changwon Special City, the festival aimed to raise awareness and highlight the excellence of mussels, while promoting seafood consumption and revitalizing the local commercial district by organizing competitive events such as free mussel tasting sessions and discounted seafood sales.
