Convenience food specialist Fresh Easy announced on the 30th that it has secured the IP of Chinese cuisine master Chef Yeo Kyung-rae and plans to actively collaborate in the future.

View original imageSince signing an IP distribution contract with Chef Choi Hyun-seok last July, Fresh Easy has additionally secured the IP of Chef Yeo Kyung-rae, strengthening its collaboration with star chefs. The company plans to accelerate securing competitiveness in convenience foods by developing products that utilize not only the chefs' star power but also their differentiated taste know-how.
Chef Yeo Kyung-rae, who has walked the path of Chinese cuisine for over 50 years, is recognized as a leading chef who has led the development of Korean Chinese cuisine, having served as vice president of the World Chinese Cuisine Association and president of the Korean Chinese Cuisine Federation. Through this IP collaboration, Fresh Easy plans to create premium Chinese cuisine menus infused with Chef Yeo Kyung-rae's culinary expertise in a convenient food format.
