Anseong City Health Center Operates 'Narani Narani' Walking Challenge
Receive a Mobile Gift Card for Achieving 110,000 Steps in 19 Days
The Anseong City Public Health Center in Gyeonggi-do is operating the "Walking Side by Side Challenge" using the mobile walking app 'WalkOn'.
This event runs for 19 days from the 4th to the 22nd of next month. Participants who achieve 110,000 steps will be entered into a draw to receive a 10,000 KRW mobile gift card, awarded to 450 winners. A maximum of 8,000 steps per day will be counted.
Those wishing to participate should install the WalkOn app, join the official Anseong City community, then select 'Reserve' or 'Join' on the challenge screen, and carry their smartphone while walking.
Additionally, from the 18th to the 22nd of next month, a 5-day WalkOn satisfaction survey will be conducted to prepare for next year's walking challenge. To participate in the survey, press the survey participation button on the WalkOn home screen. The city will award 20 participants with a 5,000 KRW mobile gift card.
Previously, the Anseong City Public Health Center held seven walking challenges from February to October this year. A total of 12,525 people participated, with 8,416 achieving the goal, resulting in a 67% success rate. The number of members in the WalkOn Anseong City official community is 9,890.
