Jungnang-gu 'Visiting Bicycle Mobile Repair and Cleaning' Service Operation
Held every Sunday for the 21st time... Operating until November
Available to all Jungnang-gu residents for easy repair and cleaning
Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) is operating the ‘Visiting Bicycle Mobile Repair and Cleaning’ project as part of promoting bicycle use.
The ‘Visiting Bicycle Mobile Repair and Cleaning’ project was established to enhance the convenience of residents who find it difficult to locate repair and cleaning places due to bicycle malfunctions or contamination, and to promote safe bicycle use.
Since May, the district has been providing bicycle repair and cleaning services, selecting locations with active bicycle use by residents for a total of 21 sessions until November.
So far, the project has been implemented throughout Jungnang-gu, including apartment complexes and community centers, and in November, it is scheduled to take place at locations such as ▲Sinnae Desiangpore ▲Jungnang-gu Bicycle Traffic Safety Experience Center.
The ‘Visiting Bicycle Mobile Repair and Cleaning’ project offers services including general repairs such as tire puncture and inflation, brake and gear adjustment, as well as high-temperature high-pressure steam cleaning.
Labor is free of charge, but residents must cover the cost of parts replacement.
The operating hours are every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Residents wishing to have their bicycles repaired or cleaned can bring their bicycles to the event location during these hours and receive on-site service through registration. Detailed information can be found through Jungnang-gu newsletters and the official website.
