Yeungjin College (President Choi Jae-young) held a special lecture titled "The Path to Becoming a Non-Commissioned Officer and Personnel Policy" on the 28th, inviting Sergeant Major Kwon Dae-soon from the Army Personnel Command for students majoring in National Defense and Military Studies.

He is in charge of key aspects of human resource management and strengthening non-commissioned officer leadership within the military organization.
Having started his military career in 1995, he gave an in-depth explanation during the special lecture about the growth potential and development opportunities for non-commissioned officers based on his extensive experience.
Sergeant Major Kwon emphasized, "Non-commissioned officers are the backbone of military combat power, playing a crucial role in enhancing combat capability through education and training," adding, "Non-commissioned officers with responsibility and leadership can gain unlimited growth opportunities." He also explained the recently changed military personnel policies and the important position non-commissioned officers hold in the military.
