View original imageGwangju City announced on the 27th that it will operate the '2024 Traditional Fermented Food Program Season 3 - Cheese Experience' at Gwangju Kimchi Town in Imam-dong, Nam-gu.
This program allows citizens to experience fermented foods through cooking experiences using cheese. It will be held every Thursday throughout November, with up to 20 participants per session. The fee per session is 10,000 KRW.
The schedule is as follows: ▲ November 7 - Tortilla Mozzarella Pizza and Lemon Basil Ricotta Sauce ▲ November 14 - Nurungji Risotto and Brie Cheese Finger Food ▲ November 21 - Cream Cheese Garlic Bread and Greek Yogurt Salad ▲ November 28 - Pita Bread Sandwich and Heart Pizza Making. Online reservations open one week in advance (five weekdays) for each session.
