Korean Air Employees Conduct Safety Campaign
Korean Air announced on the 25th that it held a Safety Day event at its headquarters. This event, held for the second time this year following last year, was organized to promote a culture of safety.

About 210 people attended, including Woo Ki-hong, President of Korean Air, Yoo Jong-seok, Vice President of Safety and Health General Affairs and Operations Division, employees from related departments, and staff from Korea Airport and Jin Air. The event featured aviation safety and industrial safety award ceremonies, as well as safety-related recreational activities.

This year, Safety Week was held from the 21st through the day of the event. Encouragement programs for on-site employees at Incheon International Airport, Busan Tech Center, and Bucheon Engine Maintenance Factory, as well as campaigns involving all employees, were conducted. The airline designates the last Friday of October each year as Safety Day to commemorate the occasion.
