Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, Attends International Culture and Tourism Forum with Infiorata Team
Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, attended the '2024 International Cultural Tourism Forum' held on the morning of October 24th at the seminar room of Mapo Central Library.
Hosted and organized by the Mapo Culture and Tourism Council, this forum was composed of three parts: Part 1 - Opening Ceremony, Part 2 - Case Presentations, and Part 3 - Red Road Exploration and Roundtable Discussion.
The Part 1 opening ceremony proceeded with congratulatory remarks by Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, an introduction to the Mapo Red Road case, viewing of a congratulatory video from the global Infiorata team, a gift exchange ceremony with the Infiorata team, and a commemorative photo session.
Infiorata, an Italian word meaning 'to strew flowers,' refers to the creation of large mosaic-like pictures using flower petals and leaves on roads and streets as canvases.
Following this, in Part 2 case presentations, there were presentations exploring the excellent cultural arts of Spain and Italy, along with a business agreement ceremony between the Mapo Culture and Tourism Council and the Infiorata team.
