On the 24th, the two organizations held a business agreement ceremony at the KCL Advanced Materials Center located in Dangjin, Chungnam, to establish a cooperative relationship for improving quality in the steel sector and technological collaboration.
Through this agreement, Hyundai Steel plans to strengthen its quality management capabilities by establishing a collaborative system with KCL related to quality assurance testing and analysis.
Additionally, Hyundai Steel will utilize the KCL Advanced Metals Center as a key testing facility. This testing center enables third-party inspections, specimen processing, and quality assurance testing, allowing stable quality verification even in emergency situations such as equipment failures within the company's testing and analysis devices.
Moreover, Hyundai Steel expects to enjoy various benefits from this agreement, including simplifying the analysis request procedures and reducing the costs associated with specimen analysis requests.
