Korea Racing Authority Operates Employment Competency Enhancement Program for Specialized High Schools
Korea Racing Authority LetsRun Park Busan-Gyeongnam (Head 엄영석) will conduct an on-site employment competency enhancement education program for 150 students of Gimhae Life Science High School on the 25th as a regional job creation project.
This employment competency enhancement education, conducted in collaboration with the social enterprise Smart Social, has been providing customized employment success strategies since April to Busan Seyeon High School, Busan Girls' Commercial High School, and Busan Marketing High School through special lectures on image making for successful interviews and know-how on creating personalized portfolios, enabling students to independently plan their future careers.
The education, targeting all 150 third-year students of Gimhae Life Science High School, will be conducted by dividing them according to various majors such as animal industry, horticulture and landscaping, agricultural machinery, and food processing. Students will learn essential content for job preparation, including motivational lectures for employment and how to write resumes and self-introduction letters. Even after the education, active support will be provided to practically improve employment capabilities through job counseling, consulting, and job placement for enrolled students.
A Korea Racing Authority official said, "Through the 'On-site Specialized High School Employment Competency Enhancement Education,' which serves as a stepping stone for employment success, we hope local talents will proactively explore their career paths and acquire practical competitiveness," adding, "We will continue to operate and support regional job creation projects."
