Pyeongtaek Ichung Integrated Public Rental Housing Supply... Up to 30 Years Residence
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will begin accepting applications on the 24th for residents of the "Pyeongtaek Ichung Integrated Public Rental Housing" currently under construction in Ichung-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The integrated public rental housing combines various types of public rental housing such as permanent, national, and happy housing into one. It allows for stable living with a maximum residence period of 30 years.
The Pyeongtaek Ichung Integrated Public Rental Housing project was promoted as a pilot project utilizing vacant houses in Gyeonggi-do. Of the total supply of 7 units, 6 units will be allocated to newlyweds and single-parent families, and 1 unit will be provided to housing-vulnerable groups.
The Pyeongtaek Ichung Integrated Public Rental Housing is located near Seojeong-ri Station and Pyeongtaek Godeok IC, making commuting to nearby industrial complexes convenient and realizing a work-home proximity. Additionally, there are Seojeong-ri Elementary School, Jangdang Elementary and Middle Schools, and Ichung High School near the housing.
