The German Foreign Ministry summoned the charg? d'affaires of the North Korean embassy in Germany regarding the deployment of North Korean troops to Russia.
On the 23rd (local time), the Foreign Ministry stated on X (formerly Twitter), "If the reports about North Korean troops in Ukraine are true and North Korea is supporting Russia's war of aggression with personnel, it constitutes a serious violation of international law."
The Foreign Ministry also said, "North Korea's support for Russia's war of aggression poses a direct threat to Germany's security and the European peace order."
