Uijeongbu City Public Health Center has been conducting a "Community-Based Rehabilitation Project Promotion Campaign" targeting citizens who participated in the "Harmony Walking Contest" on the 19th.
The Uijeongbu City Public Health Center in Gyeonggi Province (Director Jang Yeon-guk) announced on the 22nd that it conducted a "Community-Based Rehabilitation Project Promotion Campaign" targeting citizens who participated in the "Harmony Walking Contest" held on the 19th.
They provided citizens with various information to improve welfare for people with disabilities, along with health drinks and promotional materials. For the drinks, a QR code containing information about the rehabilitation project was printed on cup holders so that participants could easily access the rehabilitation project guide.
About 500 people with disabilities participated in the walking contest held at Nakyangmul Sarang Park that day. The Public Health Center conducted evaluations using rehabilitation records for these participants and registered them as rehabilitation project beneficiaries to provide continuous programs in the future.
