CEO Hong Jongseong: "Preserving Urban Natural Ecosystems"
Deloitte Anjin Accounting Corporation announced on the 21st that it successfully carried out a ‘wetland ecosystem protection activity’ together with its employees and their families. This volunteer activity was planned as part of Deloitte’s eco-friendly initiative, ‘WorldClimate,’ to support employees in choosing responsible actions to coexist with nature.
The event took place at Yeouido Saetgang Ecological Park. Participants contributed to the preservation of the wetland environment through various activities such as removing harmful plants, creating biotopes, and planting native species. In particular, the event went beyond simple cleanup efforts by providing education on the ecological value of Yeouido Saetgang and the seriousness of biodiversity decline, fostering a deeper understanding of environmental issues.
CEO Hong Jongseong stated, “Through this activity, we were able to join in preserving the urban natural ecosystem with our employees through small but meaningful actions,” and emphasized, “We will continue to work closely with local communities to lead the creation of a healthy environment for future generations.”
