The Northern Early Childhood Experience Education Center of Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education has been operating the "Saturday Family Experience" program for families with children with disabilities since the 19th.
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education Northern Early Childhood Experience Center (Director Jeong Jaeyoung) announced on the 20th that it operated the 'Saturday Family Experience' program for families with children with disabilities on the 19th.
This program was designed as an experiential activity that children with disabilities and their families can participate in together. It was composed of activities based on the existing Infinite Imagination Play program, with enhanced consideration and support tailored to families with children with disabilities.
In particular, the inclusive performances, such as nonverbal physical theater (Relax Performance) minimizing dialogue, allowed not only children with disabilities but all families to enjoy comfortably, which is a distinctive feature.
Additionally, children were given opportunities to actively engage in play with their families by using their imagination at eight indoor play facilities including the 1st-floor Thrill Slide, Upside-down Village, 2nd-floor Crawling Jungle, 3rd-floor Quirky Laboratory, Sky Floating Island, and outdoor playgrounds.
