Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo-gu, Encourages Life-Saving CPR Training Visit
On the morning of the 16th, Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, visited the site of the 'Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training' attended by the parent club of Haneul Elementary School on the first floor of the Mapo District Health Center.
The CPR training is designed to save patients experiencing sudden cardiac arrest that may occur at home or elsewhere, and was held at the request of members of the Haneul Elementary School Parent Cultural Experience Club.
The training covered CPR and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), structured to enable parents to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Participating parents expressed pride, saying, "We thought CPR was difficult, but after receiving both theoretical and practical training, we feel confident that we can respond immediately in real situations."
