Mayor Kim Dong-geun Visits First Completed Apartment Site in Complex Cultural Convergence District
Mayor Kim Dong-geun is visiting the site of the complex cultural convergence district Joint Block 1, 'The Sharp Rhythm City' apartment to check the current status.
Gyeonggi Uijeongbu City announced on the 27th that Mayor Kim Dong-geun visited the site of the complex cultural convergence district's Block 1 apartment, 'The Sharp Rhythm City,' which is nearing completion, on the 25th to listen to the opinions of prospective residents.
The Sharp Rhythm City is the first apartment to be completed since the start of the Uijeongbu Complex Cultural Convergence District development project. POSCO E&C Co., Ltd. carried out the construction over 30 months, and a total of 536 households are scheduled to move in starting September 30. The Woori-rin Apartments (767 households), currently under construction in the same project complex, are scheduled for move-in in December.
After touring The Sharp Rhythm City site, Mayor Kim Dong-geun listened attentively to the prospective residents' concerns and suggestions for improving convenience facilities.

Mayor Kim urged the relevant departments and construction officials, saying, "Thorough quality control and sound construction of the apartments are essential," and requested, "Please do your best to create a residential environment that satisfies the residents."
