Mediazen CEO Song Mingyu Presents Goal for AI-Based Global Hub City
On the 25th, Mediazen CEO Song Min-gyu announced that he attended the World Knowledge Forum in Busan as a speaker and presented on the topic of 'Busan-type Artificial Intelligence (AI)'.
Busan-type AI is a project aimed at growing Busan into a global hub city by introducing an AI platform. It integrates an online AI platform with offline regional bases to be utilized for job creation, English education, lifelong learning, and support services for the elderly.
Song Min-gyu, CEO of Mediazen, stated, "The adoption of AI across the community?including startups, employment, care, education, and tourism?is not a choice but a necessity," adding, "Busan, as a '15-minute city' where essential public services and commercial facilities can be accessed within 15 minutes, is an ideal region to introduce blended AI that combines online and offline elements."
He continued, "By consulting startups and employment through AI, and strengthening regional communication through Busan's 15-minute city concept, workation, lifelong education, public libraries, startup support, and university hubs, Busan is expected to emerge as a global hub city," and added, "We will strive to maximize the use of our expertise in utilizing accumulated data and building AI models."
