HUNET announced on the 25th that it was selected as the top institution in the ‘2024 Human Resource Development Excellence Institution Certification’ hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of Education.
The ‘Human Resource Development Excellence Institution Certification’ is a system that evaluates and certifies companies that support the improvement of employees' job skills and recruit and manage talent based on capabilities. The certification is valid for three years after being awarded.
HUNET has achieved certification six consecutive times since the first certification was implemented in 2006.
Under the system of its employee learning platform, ‘HUNET University,’ HUNET supports the self-development and growth of its executives and staff. It operates various and distinctive educational programs such as ▲‘Reading Management’ encouraging a reading culture ▲‘Innovation Academy,’ a special lecture series with invited experts ▲learning clubs called ‘Field and Forum’ ▲and the publication of a curated learning newsletter.
In particular, this year, to strengthen employees’ AI capabilities, HUNET provides all employees with paid ChatGPT accounts and conducts customized AI training tailored to each job role.
