MZ Solution "AI Fire Detection and Suppression Solution Confirmed for Supply to Cheongju Central Valley Special Logistics Center"
On the 24th, MGen Solution announced that the supply of its AI fire detection and suppression solution (AlphaShot) to a special logistics center within the Cheongju Central Valley Industrial Complex has been confirmed.
This special logistics center is a large-scale facility with a project site of 50,000㎡, involving more than 80 billion KRW in land and construction costs. The developer, PA Industrial Development (CEO Jae-Wang Lee), and the logistics affiliate of the steel conglomerate D Group have signed a lease commitment related to the storage of advanced industrial materials. Construction is scheduled to begin in October by the major construction company C.
Previously, MGen Solution signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) last year with PA Industrial Development for the supply of AI fire solutions following the establishment of special logistics infrastructure for secondary batteries and waste batteries.
Special logistics centers store advanced industrial materials and hazardous substances, making them vulnerable to fires. The company stated, “Our system, which commercialized the AI fire detection and suppression solution (AlphaShot) for the first time in Korea, is continuously being supplied to private SMEs, large corporations, and public institutions,” adding, “This means its safety has been verified.”
They further expressed expectations that “supply will gradually expand to large-scale facilities such as data centers, ESS (Energy Storage Systems), and general logistics centers.”
Additionally, they explained, “Due to consecutive fires at primary and secondary battery factories, underground apartment parking lots, electric vehicle fires, and the full enforcement of the Serious Accident Punishment Act, inquiries regarding the adoption of our system have surged.”

Recently, MGen Solution completed joint development of the AlphaShot standalone system, which allows for rapid installation and supply, together with its subsidiary Hyundai Infracore (CEO Yong-Joo Kang). Alongside this, an AI suppression system for electric vehicle fires is scheduled for release in early November.
